Production Details & Pricing Options

​In order to maintain your brand quality, we have gathered the most suitable and up-to-date prices based on your requirements. The manufacturing details are as follows:

​1. Zipper Polybag (Ziplock Packaging)

​For custom zipper packaging of this quality, the market typically requires a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of between 1,000 and 5,000 units. However, following our special negotiations, I have agreed with the manufacturer on a tiered and flexible pricing structure for your brand's initial production:

​100 Units: €0.80 unit price

​300 Units: €0.50 unit price

​500 Units: €0.40 unit price

​(For future reference: For orders of 5,000 units and above, the unit price drops to €0.20).

​Our Recommendation: Since your initial bulk production quantity is 115 units, opting for the 300-unit package (Total: €150) would be much more advantageous for your budget. This will optimize your unit cost and ensure you have spare packaging ready for subsequent production runs.

​2. Neck Label (Woven Neck Label)

​Manufacturing terms have been finalized for the folded premium woven label, which perfectly matches the design in your Tech Pack.

​Cost: €0.018 unit price per size.

​MOQ: The minimum order quantity is 2,000 units per size.

​3. Care Label (Black Satin Care Label)

​Keeping your future fabric modifications in mind, we have worked on a budget-friendly and flexible solution.

​Material: Black Satin will be used to align with your brand's premium perception.

​Cost: A flat rate of €75 has been secured for a total of 2,000 units, including setup and production.

​4. Hang Tag

​Depending on your flexibility regarding the cardboard dimensions, we received two different mold cost options from the printing house:

​Option A (8x5 cm dimensions): €50 total, including setup and printing.

​Option B (Original 9x5 cm dimensions, as specified in your Tech Pack): €100 total, including setup and printing.

​5. Community Card

​Cost: The total setup and printing cost has been set at €100, strictly adhering to the design and dimensions you provided.
