1 - Inquiry & Quote Request
Clients share product details such as design, quantity, fabric preference and target price.
Our team reviews the request and prepares a customized quotation including MOQ and estimated production timeline.

2 - Design Confirmation & Customization
Design details such as size charts, fabric options, colors, logo placement and packaging are confirmed.
Both OEM and ODM customization services are fully supported based on client requirements.

3 - Sampling & Approval
Pre-production samples are developed according to the approved specifications.
Sample development fee: €100 per style.
This fee is deducted from the bulk order upon confirmation.
Bulk production starts only after sample approval.

4 - Bulk Production & Quality Control
Mass production is carried out in our facility under strict quality control procedures.
Each production stage is monitored to ensure consistent quality and compliance with approved samples.

5 - Packaging & Shipping
Products are packed according to client specifications and prepared for shipment.
International shipping options are available depending on destination and delivery timeline.
